PRODUCTS

If you notice a change in texture, fragrance or intolerance during the first use of the product, please contact us by email at the following address: [email protected]. A specific return procedure will then be communicated to you. In case of adverse event please contact [email protected].

Our formulas are only sold on the above-mentioned websites and in our approved sales outlets (find a store). We do not guarantee the origin of products sold via other platforms or third parties.

Each Physiodermie formulas are accompanied by precise application methods in order to maximize their effects. You can find all the information, sometimes along with video application, on the product pages.

Each product page mentions the list of ingredients. However, as our formulas may change, please also refer to the list of ingredients on the product packaging, which is the only authentic list.

When a formulas is contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding, this information will be mentioned on the product page under the heading “Precautions for use”.

PAYMENT

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro are accepted as well as payments via PayPal.

Your payment is totally secure thanks to the STRIPE payment module. It is subject to a SSL type security system, guaranteeing that all your banking data is protected.
Moreover, we do not save any of your banking data.

ORDER

At Physiodermie, we are convinced of the importance of testing a formula before buying it. That is why we offer 3 samples with each order, with no minimum purchase. These samples are chosen according to your order but you can also let us know your choice by indicating a remark when placing the order.* We also recommend that you visit your nearest Dermo-Therapist for a personalized consultation. To find the nearest point of sale, click here.

No changes can be made to your order once it has been validated, as it is automatically sent to our logistics team to be prepared as soon as possible.

You can place an order without creating a customer account, however, having an account allows you to track orders, view your history and receive the monthly newsletter. It can also help you save time on future orders by not having to re-enter the requested information.

We do our best to fill all orders, but sometimes a flood of orders can cause us to be out of stock. If your order is affected, you will be contacted by email by our customer service and all the necessary information will be given to you.

All information provided is strictly confidential. It will be used for the sole purpose of making a delivery or serving you better.

For your order to be shipped the same day, it must be placed before 10am. Beyond that, the order will be shipped the next business day.
Metropolitan France: delivery in 1 to 2 working days. Other destinations: 2 to 4 working days

Your satisfaction is our priority. In case of non-receipt of your order, contact us directly by email at the following address: [email protected].

Physiodermie accepts the return of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt. The return is at your expense. For this, simply contact customer service at the following address: [email protected]. The product must be intact, unopened, in its original packaging and with its accessories. We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim. If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, the refund cannot be made.
